Kanchenjunga summit (8586m) is the world’s third-highest Himalayan peak which lies in the far-eastern part of Nepal near Nepal-India border. Kanchenjunga conservation area projects the Kanchenjunga trekking. This trekking trail embraces the magnificent view of snow-capped mountains, diverse scenery from the subtropical lowland to the eye-catching glacier. Similarly, flat terrain and charming forest of rhododendrons as well as plenty of wildlife such as Musk deer, Blue sheep red panda, snow leopard, and Asian black bear.

Kanchenjunga literally means “Five Great Treasuries of the Snow” but it has seven main summits. Traditionally, it is also the symbol of the Abode of Gods that represents peace, prosperity, and goodwill to local culture. The voyage to Kanchenjunga is to explore the wide range of scenery lush, tropical jungle including Rhododendron, chestnut, oak forests and adventure activities of Sinon La Pass (4460m), Mirgin La Pass (4725m) and Sinelapcha La Pass (4446m). While exploring the surrounding area it will be a great chance to see a panoramic view of Wedge Peak, The Twins, Pyramid Peak, Tent peak and numerous snowcapped Himalayan peaks.

Kanchenjunga Nepal trekking begins after having one hour flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur. And then drive to Mitlung via Ilam and trek to Rai, Limbu and Bhotia village of Chirwa. After that Amjilosa, Ghunsa, Selele, and Kanchenjunga Base camp by following the Tamur River. You can experience the realistic existence of Bhotia culture and their lifestyle.
