Nepal is a Himalayan country where hundreds of Peaks do welcome for those people who wants to adventure. Mt. Langtang Lirung is one of the well-known 7000 meter peak which lies on the center north of Nepal/Tibet border a head of Langtang village. British team ascent of Lang tang Lirung (7234m) in 1973. Having established base camp, successful acclimatization ascents were made on Tsherku Ri, Yala Peak, Urkin Ma and Naya Kanga. The summit attempt by two of the team on Mt. Langtang Lirung, via the South East Ridge in 1973. Langtang Lirung offers several climbing routes accessible from Kyanjing Gompa of Langtang Valley.

Mt. Langtang Himal massif is clearly visible from Kathmandu. It is right on the city's back door and always trek allows you to enjoy. On the route there are every place has teahouse Lodge where people can get easily accommodation as well as served continental 3 meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner by menu. So, every climber will get this trip having teahouse lodge plus tented camp in minimum cost. We start this expedition from Shyabru Bensi (1462m), Kyanjing Gompa (3049m) to Base Camp and back to Syabru Besi and continue to Kathmandu.

Itinerary in Details (Mt. Langtang Lirung Expedition)

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport (1345 meters).
Meet our airport representative and transfer to the hotel by private vehicle. Overnight at hotel

Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley.
Start the sightseeing trip at 9 am in the morning after breakfast. Where you will be provided with a Private vehicle and a professional tour guide. You will be visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Buddhanath Temple, Monkey Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The afternoon includes a final briefing and preparation of the trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Official works for expedition and briefing by officer of Ministry of Tourism.

Day 04: Kathmandu – Syabrubesi 1462m. Overnight at Guesthouse/ Tented Camp.

Day 06: Kyanjing Gompa (3049m). Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 07: Kyanjing Gompa rest for acclimatization day and preparation. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 08: Langtang Lirung Base Camp and set up the camp. Overnight at Tented Camp.

Day 09-26: Climbing Period of Langtang Lirung. Overnight at Tented Camp.

Day 27: Cleaning up Base Camp and preparation to back Kathmandu. Overnight at Tented Camp.

Day 28: Base Camp – Langtang Village. Overnight  at Guesthouse.

Day 29: Langtang Village – Lama Hotel. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 30: Lama Hotel – Shyabru Besi and transfer to Guesthouse.

Day 31: Syabru Besi – Drive back to Kathmandu then transfers to Hotel.

Day 32: Leisure day in Kathmandu

Day 33: Transfer for your final flight departure
