Mt Kanchenjunga (8,586m / 28,170ft) Located on the Sikkim (India)-Nepal border as part of the Himalayan mountain range at longitude 27º42' North and 88º08' East, Kanchenjunga 8,586m / 28.170ft.) Is the third highest mountain in the world. The other name of Kangchenjunga is Kangche Dzo-nga, Kachedzonga, and Kangchanfanga means "The Five Treasures of the Snow" in the local dialect referring its five summits all over 8000 meters. Kanchenjunga has 5 peaks, of which the true Summit is 8,586 meters /28,169 feet. It was first climbed by a British expedition led by Charles Evans. Our expedition will be climbing Kanchenjunga from the Nepal side of the mountain. Itinerary in Details (Mt. Kanchenjunga Expedition)

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport (1345 meters)
Meet our airport representative and transfer to the hotel by private vehicle. Overnight at hotel

Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley.
Start the sightseeing trip at 9 am in the morning after breakfast. Where you will be provided with a Private vehicle and a professional tour guide. You will be visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Buddhanath Temple, Monkey Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The afternoon includes a final briefing and preparation of the trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03:  Fly from Kathmandu to Biratnagar by airplane and by plane to Taplejung and suketar (2300m).
This morning you fly to Biratnagar in the eastern Terai. It is Nepal's second largest city and an energetic, bustling place. You take the short 30 to 40 minute flight to Sukhetar/Taplejung, where the trek crew will be waiting for your arrival. After landing, you take a little time for refreshments and for the porters to prepare their loads before beginning your walk along the ridge line above Taplejung village. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek to Mitlung. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek to Chirwa. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 06: Trek to Sekhatum. Overnight at Guesthouse.

 Day 07: Trek to Amjilesa. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek to Gyabla. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 09: Trek to Ghunsa. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 10: Trek to Khambachen. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 11: Trek to Lhonak. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 12: Trek to Pang Pema. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 13: Trek to Kanchenjunga Base Camp. Overnight at Tented Camp.

Day 14: Rest day at Base Camp for acclimatization.  Overnight at Tented Camp.

Day 15-34:  Climbing period of Kanchenjunga. 

Day 35: Trek to Pang Pema. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 36: Trek to Lhonak. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 37: Trek to Ghunsa. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 38: Trek to Selely. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 39: Trek to Mirgin La to Tseram. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 40: Trek to Oktang-Torotan. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 41: Trek to Omje Khola. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 42: Trek to Mamanke. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 43: Trek to Bhanjyang. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 44: Trek to Lali Kharka. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 45: Trek to Suketar. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 46: Fly Kathmandu.  Overnight at Hotel.

Day 47: Leisure day in Kathmandu
